Bent-over Rows
|
|
When doing bent-over rows, use a single dumbbell instead of a barbell. So, if you are holding the dumbbell in your right hand, place your left hand and left knee on a bench. (Your right foot is on the ground.) That way, your spine is supported like a table with 3 legs. This will help prevent lower back strain.

| How It Works:

Ceramic filter removes 99.9999% bacteria and 99.9% protozoa. Carbon filter removes unpleasant tastes and odors caused by chlorine, iodine, and pesticides. Will not remove viruses, chemicals, radioactive materials, or particles smaller than 0.2 microns. Do not use to filter seawater, or, chemically contaminated water, such as water from mines or near large agricultural operations.
