"My son has always been a little overweight and during the past several months has made a conscious effort to get into shape. I'm very happy to say he has already lost 15 pounds. When he started he wanted to do it right. He found your web site while researching and based his new lifestyle around a lot of what he learned from your web site. He wanted me to let you know that your web site is actually making a difference for people and helping them get healthy." --- Don J., November 13, 2018

"I Googled information on sports drinks, and hit the motherload on your site ["Sports Drinks and Recovery Drinks"]. I was looking to write a brief article for my cycle club, Huntington Bicycle Club and our magazine, Folks on Spokes. It appears that you made my efforts unnecessary by your in-depth approach and presentation, so kudos to you." --- David H., Huntington Station, NY, October 14, 2014

"I thoroughly enjoyed your article ["Exercise and Coronary Artery Disease"]. I fully agree with your conclusion. I might be a little biased because of how I feel about exercise but it [underscores] the typical American medical mantra of fix everything by doing labs and using medication because exercise is too much hard work." --- Dr. G. Miller, MD. (physician and former professional tennis player), October 18, 2013

"As always, your review ["Health and Fitness Targets"] is well written, very interesting, and full of great information!" --- Carrie C., Mesa, AZ, May 20, 2013

"Great article! ["Tennis Racquets"]. The most authoritative article I've ever read." --- Dr. G. Miller, MD. (physician and former professional tennis player), May 18, 2012

"I am a medical publisher who develops CME for physicians in clinical medicine. I really appreciate the critical appraisal you apply to the materials you review. The health and fitness world needs a lot more professionals who know how to appraise both popular media and what's reported in the professional biomedical press. Thanks for doing a great job." --- Deborah, February 16, 2012

"Wow. This review ["Dietary Protein and Exercise"] is obviously well-researched, and organized, and presented in a very reader-friendly format. I plan to share it with several of my runner and cyclist friends." --- Nicola D., PharmD, Kanab, UT, December 17, 2011

"I just read your article on "Exertional Rhabdomyolysis" and found it very helpful, as I was recently hospitalized for 6 days due to this syndrome. Thank you!" --- Martin K., July 30, 2007
