Check out this cool DVD of a bike ride through Badlands National Park, South Dakota. It starts at Ancient Hunters Overlook, the north entrance to the Badlands Wilderness Area, and heads east along Park Road. It ends at the Fossil Exhibit (approximately 1-hr in length).
You can watch this video while you ride your exercise bike, or, while you run on a treadmill. When the incline changes, a small number (1-6) appears in the lower right-hand corner. Very clever!
