Fitness Tip of the Day!
Bent-over Rows
When doing bent-over rows, use a single dumbbell instead of a barbell. Then, put your free hand and your knee on the same side of your body on a bench. That way, your spine is supported like a table with 3 legs.

  Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide useful tools and credible information on exercise, fitness, training, sports nutrition, and fitness gear. Consumers, weekend warriors, and athletes can use these resources to develop their fitness and training programs.

We believe that regular exercise can prevent many of the chronic diseases in our society, such as diabetes mellitus, heart disease, hypertension, and obesity. In addition, much of the exercise and fitness information available on the Internet is unreliable. We created AthleteInMe.com® to address both of these concerns.

All of the information presented on AthleteInMe.com® is thoroughly researched and free of commercial sponsorship. Also, since we are opposed to the use of performance-enhancing substances in competitive sport, at no time will we endorse, promote, advertise, or sell these products.

We hope that AthleteInMe.com® provides you with the information and tools you can use to reach your fitness goals, and, in the process, enrich your life.
