Pop this DVD in your player and transport yourself to the scenic Sonoma Coast of California while you ride your exercise bike or run on your treadmill.  The footage (about 1-hr in length) was shot while riding south on Route 1 from Jenner to Bodega.

When the incline changes, a small number (1-6) appears in the lower right-hand corner.  Very clever!
